Branding
Brand conceptualisation typically takes 2 to 3 months from the date your moodboard is approved. While most projects are completed within 2 months, the third month serves as a buffer to accommodate any refinements following concept presentation or to address unexpected changes during the process.
The timeline will be confirmed after your order is submitted. If we determine that the scope of work is larger than anticipated, you will be notified accordingly.
As a boutique studio committed to high-quality, thoughtful work, we take on a limited number of projects at a time. This ensures each client receives our full attention, allowing us to craft every brand with care, precision, and creativity.
Delivery timelines for brand assets and deliverables once the brand concept is approved:
Essential and Premium packages: 2–4 weeks
Advanced package: 2–8 weeks (due to its more complex structure and expanded deliverables)

Full projects of 32 pages will be delivered within 15–35 business days after the project concept is approved. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the level of complexity. However, we can provide a detailed timeline once we start the project.
Make sure to allow adequate time for revisions in your project timeline, especially if complex UX requirements are involved, as these can extend the design and development process.

1. Project Presentation, Timing and Revisions
1.1 . Project Presentations
Before starting your project, please confirm the time frame with us. As a small boutique agency, we prioritize quality over quantity. To maintain the high standard of work we are known for, we take on a limited number of projects at a time. This ensures that every project receives the attention it deserves without compromising quality.
All branding projects are presented live via video call.
Regardless of the number of concepts included in your package, we present each concept individually. We begin with the initial concept, gather your feedback, and then move forward, presenting a summarized version of the updated concept before progressing to any additional concepts required.
Revisions will also be shared in summarized form for your approval. Once approved, they will be fully developed.
This process applies to all items outlined in your project scope.
For branding projects, once the agreement is signed and the order is confirmed, the studio will provide a link to our brief form within a maximum of six business days. After we receive your completed brief, we will send moodboard directions within ten business days. The project timeline begins only after the moodboard has been selected. Brand conceptualisation typically takes two to three months from the date the moodboard is approved.
